Very nice
I have this rug about 6 wks now and I am really enjoying it. The colors were exactly as shown on my monitor. Arrived very fast and packaged extremely well. Laid down flat right away. A little thin but very nice quality. Our iron bed is on top of it so we didn't get a rug pad but I would if you want some cushion. Overall, this is my 3rd rug from esale and I have been happy with each purchase. I've bought rugs online before and always had to send back for various reasons, not with esale. Descriptions are always spot on.

Tri-color area rug
We purchased this a couple of weeks ago but the rug pad just came in yesterday so will put in use today. The rug was shipped very quickly but had concerns when opened and saw wrinkle and a crease in middle where folded for shipping. However there were instructions included that we followed and all is okay. Color is just as appeared on the website and looking forward to upgrading our dining room today.

The rug is beautiful! We ordered the 9 x 12 and it is perfect in our family room. I would highly recommend the product and esalerugs. The price was better than any other site I saw this rug on and the shipping was free. It was an all around great experience! Unbelievable price for a rug of this size and quality!

Great Rug!
I bought this rug a few weeks ago and I love it. It was a bit wrinkled when we laid it out (10X13 rugs have to be shipped folded), but after a week it was laying flat--even the corners. I have it in my great room and was looking for something soft, but not too shaggy. This rug feels great. I got a rug pad that was labeled as "thick" but wish I had gotten a thicker one, as I like to sit on the floor. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the rug! I was also impressed with the color. I expected it to be lighter, and was worried about dirt and stains showing up later. However, the gray tones in the rug are very well mixed so that I don't anticipate this problem at all.

Great rug!
I liked the uniqueness of this rug and studied the photos online. Loved all the photos. I decided to order it especially because of the great price for a 7x10. It shipped quickly. And it rolled out easily and looked awesome, just like the photos online! It's now anchoring my dining room. I'm very pleased.

It Just Works!
I have been looking for a rug to compliment a Modern Industrial design. I like to decorate monochromatic and then add pops of color for different seasons/holidays. This rug ties the room together without changing the monochromatic scheme. Currently, my accent colors are red and green to go with Christmas. The rug is a great addition.

Beautiful rug. Came in a timely manner. Was looking at the pharaoh rug from West elm and this came up as a similar pattern at half the price for a 9X12. Couldn't be more satisfied

Just received the rug this afternoon. Looks identical to the photos online and seems to be a well-made rug based on first inspection. We spent the additional money to get the superlok matting to add some traction and more cushion, but unfortunately the matt does not appear to be custom cut to fit our rug. It's about 3-4" too wide so I will have to cut it myself to avoid having the edges sticking out. FAQ also says the rugs ship out within 24-48 hours; however, ours took over a week to ship and I did not receive any notice until I reached out to their customer service.

Is this rug washable?
We do not recommend using a washer to clean the rug, as it could destroy the woven construction of the rug. To ensure the colors will not fade, we recommend using a neutral dish detergent mixed with lukewarm water on a cotton cloth to clean it.

Will this rug scratch hardwood floors?
I would like to inform you that this rug should not scratch hardwood floors.
However, we recommend all rugs to be paired with a rug pad as this rug may slip on hardwood floors. Rug pads extend the life of the rug as well as hold the rug in place.

Does this rug need a pad to keep it in place? Or to keep it from sliding.
We recommend all rugs to be paired with a rug pad. This will extend the life of the rug as well as prevent it from sliding on floors.

We do not recommend machine washing any of our products.
To ensure the colors will not fade, we recommend using a neutral dish detergent mixed with lukewarm water on a cotton cloth and dab the spot as soon as possible to avoid absorption. Please be sure not to excessively scrub the affected area so the material will not fray. It is better to go over the area more times but in a gentle manner than to use a lot of product at once. This will ensure there will not be any left over residue. Also, be sure the cloth is not too wet.
