Great price for beautiful rug
I researched many rugs before purchasing this one. I even considered buying a used rug because I wanted good quality and a large size. When I came across eSaleRugs and saw they were out of SC I was sold. Great price for a very nice rug. I searched similar rugs on Pinterest to get an idea of how it would look in my living room and couldn't be happier. The rug arrived very quickly, exactly as ordered and the change to the living room is beautiful! I had a dark oriental style rug in the room before but this updated the room and lightened the whole area. I will definitely check back with eSaleRugs for my next purchase.

Gorgeous & High Quality
Extremely satisfied! The rug arrived to my west coast home only a few days after ordering. It was nicely protected in thick plastic wrap. I immediately unrolled it and was impressed. It is just as nice as advertised. I'm very pleased with the quality and color and I've had zero shedding. The rich blue color looks beautiful in my living room. The rug has a very nice weight so that it does not move, even with heavy traffic and the pile is just high enough to feel plush without being a trip hazard. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my whole experience with eSaleRugs and would recommend the site to my friends.

Great customer service
I bought this rug in November for a Christmas gift. I called customer service to question the 30 day return policy. and the women I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful. She explained that they could hold my order until just before Christmas thus giving the recipient time to try the rug ? As it turned out, they color wasn't quite right so I did have to return it for a different color. That process was painless, received a returnn receipt immediately. I ordered the new rug and the returned rug was credited within a week or so to my account. Each step along the way was followed up by an email. I will definitely order from eSa,e rugs agoan. Thank you for the excellent service and lovely rug.

Size of the pattern changes!
I bought this size, decided I liked it, ordered the 9x12 and a runner and SURPRISE all three had different sized designs! The 9x12's "design" is 13" wide, the runner's "design" is 5" wide, and this one is about 7" wide. Just too much difference to all be in the same area! Very disappointing as the quality for the price is great, soft underfoot, like everything about them except the pattern issue. I haven't returned yet, but customer service seems to be on it.

Trellis rug
I love this rug. Everything from ordering to delivery was great. I have never bought anything like this online, but after much research in the stores and online, I found this and thought I would take a chance. I am so glad I did. The price and the quality were beyond what I even expected. When I need another rug, this is the place I will go to.

Not only are the rugs beautiful, they are the right size and color for our rooms.

As beautiful as I imagined!
After months of knowing what I wanted, but not being able to find it at a local vendor, I heard about esalerugs from a friend. I am usually reluctant to buy online as I like to see and feel things before I buy. However, this site had the exact rug that I had been looking for in the size that I wanted, and a fantastic price. I took the leap and purchased the rug. It is exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly. There was a small stain in the corner when I opened it, Probalby some dye or ink used in shipping, but it came out very easily. The rug is good quality and looks beautiful in my dining room. It is everything I was hoping it would be. I am glad I made this purchase.

Fantastic rug!
This is the first review of a product I have written on the internet. Ever. This rug is everything that is promised--the color is as portrayed online, and the feel of the rug under foot is soft. It arrived a day before schedule, and looks great in our living room. Really pleased with the pattern and color. The price seems extremely low (amazing, in fact) for the quality of this product. I would highly recommend the rug and this company, based on my experience.

Is the 6 foot round trellis rug a true 6 foot round? The last 6 foot round I ordered was only 5' 6 " , too small for the table Charisse to remain on the rug. My floors are all marked.So the rug must be a true 6' round. Can you guarantee size?

how do you clean this rug

Synthetic rugs should be cleaned with a neutral detergent and dried quickly. A good example of this is Dawn® dishwashing liquid mixed with water.
It is OK to use “oxy” cleaners on synthetic rugs. Be sure to carefully follow the cleaner's instructions.
Do not use laundry detergents to clean synthetic rugs. The laundry detergent will leave a residue and alter color shades.

I am interest in purchasing a couple of Trellis Rugs and a runner. One of the on-line review says the size of the pattern on each rug is different. So the larger the rug the larger the pattern? Or is the pattern size the same on all sizes?

Yes, the design on the rugs will be proportional to the size of the rug. The larger the rug, the larger the pattern.
