At eSaleRugs.com, we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction, each and every time. However, we understand that not every rug is ideal for every home. If you did not receive your perfect rug, we want to make your return process as effortless as possible. After all, shopping for your home should be enjoyable, right?

What can be returned?

All rug(s) are eligible for return and/or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, and we do not charge restocking fee. Also, all refunds are processed within 1-2 business of receiving your return.

FREE Exchange?

Yes. If you're interested in exchanging your rug(s), we will provide you with a FREE pre-paid label for your return and ship your new rug(s) at no additional cost.

FREE Returns?

With orders over $499, returns are absolutely FREE. In fact we will arrange for FedEx to pick up your order and return it back to us at our cost.
