Rated 5 out of 5 by I tried them all from Great rug at a reasonable price. I ordered 3 area rugs, largest was 9x12. The rugs arrived promptly and although they were folded instead of rolled, there was not an issue getting them to lay flat. I ended up keeping 2 of the rugs bc the color on the 3rd wasn't what I wanted. The quality is good and the customer service was great when I returned the 3rd rug. All you have to do is call and they email you a return ticket. I chose to have Fed Ex pick up the rug at my home since it was large. That was a $5.00 fee, but well worth it. This is the only site I have found that does free returns, which for me is a huge advantage. Will recommend to friends and would definitely order from them again.

There's a tile medallion in the middle of the floor, and these rugs nicely tie in and compliment the medallion design. These rugs are soft, but not too plush, which I like. Great underfoot for the humans, and keep the dog from slipping on the tile. Always great service from esalerugs.com. These arrived more quickly than expected and were securely wrapped. These make a total of 10 rugs we've purchased from this company.

The color of the background...beige/off white/cream...looks very different in different photos. In the first picture the color is almost white; on the next one it is definitely beige. Can you tell me if it's closer to white or beige? Thank you

The color of this rug is called red but it looks like burgundy which is what I want.. Would you consider it to be burgundy?

The folds have not relaxed in this rug, what do you suggest I do?

Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 - 2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. I just purchased several pieces and have found I need a 10 ft runner cut to a 4 ft runner and a 6 ft runner bound on the cut end. Is there any chance I could pay to get this done?

Does the rug have a rubber backing?
