Rug Great - Packing Terrible
The fool who wrapped this rug should be fired, IMMEDIATELY.! He/She took a nice product and ruined it. He/She FOLDED the darn thing instead or rolling it and put creases in both ends (about 1 foot from both ends of rug) which I cannot remove
though I have tried everything. I even tried ironing it and rolling it the opposite way.
I would send it back but the shipping and the effort of removing it from under a very heavy table make it very difficult for a very senior citizen..

Exactly as shown
I was a little hesitant to buy online since you never know what you're gonna get... But I was pleasantly surprised when my rug showed up. At first I thought they had sent me the wrong size because the package was so small but it turns out they had just folded it so well it looked like the wrong size. When I unfolded it the rug looked exactly like the model photograph and was pleasantly soft to touch! Love it and couldn't be happier

Good selection
I'm really happy with my rug. The selection of sizes and colors allowed me to find just what I wanted and the pictures made it clear exactly what I was getting. The in cart option of adding a pad in the correct size for my rug was very convenient too.

Lightweight sturdy and pretty
I got this rug for a great deal. It arrived when it was supposed to. Easy to open and set up. It was folded due to its size and I was worried the creases would stay. They have settled out. This rug is easy to vacuum and withstands my three dogs and cat with ease. Overall a great purchase. Love the color. Looks exactly like online as well.

Beautiful fast and affordable
I purchased this huge 9 x 12 rug for my living room. At $200 it was a great deal. It is a thin rug and not thickly tufted, but at $200 i can afford to change it in a couple of years when i want a new look. So far it has been very comfortable and pretty. The creases came out quiclkly and it wears well in the trafficky spots so far. The only complaint i have is i wish the colors were more cream and turquios instead of white. Its synthetic fibers clean up easy, but the white fibers show dirt. Its only been a week so well see how it goes.

Good rug, great price
Just arrived today - looks just like the picture.
It is not 1/2" thick, though. It is 1/4" thick. Other than that, it's great.

Great Overall Experience
I bought a rug and matching runner two weeks ago. I've had trouble with other sites giving false descriptions or misleading pictures that skewed the colors, but my E-Sale rugs came and lived up to the pictures and descriptions perfectly. The site was easy to use, the rugs were just as I expected. I would use this site again.
