Outstanding quality, excellent value, true gray.
I purchased the graphite gray 8 x 10 rug. I just got it today. It arrived 3 days after ordering, very fast. Rug looks amazing much more expensive looking. The color is an accurate medium dark gray not too dark, its a very rich gray. Exactly what I was Looking for since I have gray honeycomb shades. I already vaccumed it no shedding and no problem with my Dyson. Its not an excessively thick shag, it's soft on the feet with the right amount of thickness. I attached 3 pics 2 day time and 1 night time. Notice how well this dark gray rug matches my lighter gray shades. I also purchased the 2.6 x 10 foot runner. I highly recommend this rug.

Great rug but strong smell
I bought the12x15 ivory version of this rug and it is perfect for my space. The color is very true to ivory and the amount of shag is perfect. You cannot see through the rug. However, my only complaint is that the rug had a very strong chemical smell when I opened it. I had to take it out of the room for a few days because it gave me a migraine. After laying it out for about a week and letting it air out, the smell slowly faded. You can still smell it if you are laying down on the rug but other than that, it is slowly going away. I've had it for a couple weeks now. Also the rug is very easy to clean. My puppy has had a couple of accidents and it is very easy to clean the shag!

Excellent, rugs, delievery and costumer service!
Sometimes purchasing on line can be a little risky, but not on this site! I loved my 6' round dark grey area rug! The color is rich and the materials used are great quality. The price could not be beat. I did return another rug which i loved as well, however, it wasn't quite the color match I was looking for. Love this rug
Love this rug !! eSaleRugs is a Great company I went with them because of free returns I had read a lot of reviews wasn't sure with gray I wanted I needed two so I ordered the Cloud Gray and the Graphite Gray both 10x13. The Cloud Gray is a grayish silver no blue tone at all. The Graphite is an charcoal gray color both exactly what I wanted. The shag is nice quality It did come rolled then folded But the creases came out within a couple days no problem there.
I will order from this company again
BTW I had sent a smaller rug back before they emailed a return label no questions !! Great customer service

Excellent Buy!
The rug arrived, well packaged and speedily shipped! I was worried that the color might differ from how it appeared on the website, but it is exactly the same; the shag is nice and thick and I'm satisfied that it will prove excellent value--I'M happy! It is about to be laid in a bedroom over tile so it will definitely benefit by the use of an underlay. In the pic. it was laid out for vacuuming and to get rid of the fold wrinkles, which it did, and you can see who's adopted it already!

Soft and great color
This rug is really soft and the color is perfect. Only issue I have is that the rug when shipped was rolled then folded yes folded in half and now the backing is creased. Will not lay down flat and I truly wonder if it will lay flat. I'd give it a 5 star but the crease is disturbing.

Excellent rug-great quality for price
I bought this rug and was so pleasantly surprised. It's hard to find nice quality rugs that are large and affordable. This rug was much better quality than the price that was paid for it. The color is dead on in the photos. I ordered the lime green one and it's exactly as pictured. I would describe color as apple/grape leaf green. Also, the customer service in this company is phenomenal and the shipping was fast.

How do you get wrinkles and creases after laying rug?
I have provided crease removal recommendations below for your convenience.
Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 - 2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease.
