Pleasantly surprised!
We purchased this rug to cover the busy area of our living room. We expected the rug to arrive as a long roll; instead, it came in a rectangular plastic bag. We removed the rug from the bag and were delighted with the brilliant colors. It is much more beautiful than the webpage portrayed. The rug arrived much more quickly than we anticipated. Since we weren't quite ready to lay it over our new carpet, we spread it out over the king bed in our guest bedroom. The following day we noticed an oily odor in the bedroom. We opened the window and aired out the rug for two days before laying it on the living room floor. The odor left the bedroom a couple of days after that. The odor was a surprise to us, but was not a deal breaker. We love the rug so much that we are giving it five stars.

Excellent quality rugs and padding!

Most exceptional purchase !
I bought this 16 x 10 rug last week and could not be happier ,my den looks like a dream .I bought it in red ,the quality is excellent and am trying to buy 3 more rugs 5x 8 for my hallway too bad I could not order because no sales person was available by phone . today is Sunday and that may have been the problem ha. Hoping to still catch the big sale when I call back tomorrow. I would advise a rug purchase from eSaleRugs to everyone !

Arrive on Time!
I bought this rug about two weeks ago. It arrived yesterday on schedule. I gave it a 4 only because the creases were hard to smooth out and the rug wasn't as thick as expected, and had no pad included.
The color was great, and matched a runner I bought from this company a few years ago. The quality is good, and for the sale price, I certainly can't complain. I would recommend this rug, and your company to others! My small living room looks lovely and cheerful now!

better packaging
Received 2 large rugs, as ordered and on time. Wish you would come up with alternative packaging as we are still dealing with wrinkles. They were folded and wound so tightly that they are not laying flat. We continue to weight them down, vacuum, and "scuff" out both carpets.

Love my rug
I have had the over sized rug for two weeks. I got the size I needed at a reasonable price and it is great. It is similar to a wool rug purchased several years ago, but this is easier to clean. I'd do this again. The only complaint is the rug comes folded, not rolled, so it is wrinkled and takes longer to lie flat. But, shipping was free so I understand why it came this way.

Gorgeous perfect colours
I bought 3 rugs from esalerugs! I ordered one and was so delighted with the colour ( exactly like the photo ) and the quality , I ordered the stain resistant as I have dogs and cats and their friends , that I ordered another square for the hallway and a runner!
I have never seen prices like these ; I redecorated my main room for Christmas as they came within 36 hours !

Is the red in this rug burgundy that is the color I need I ordered a large rug recently from you and it was perfect color but cannot remember the sku number so I can match a smaller rug to it.

The Agra rugs I purchased can in rolls. What is the best way to remove the wrinkles (folds) from the rugs?
I have provided crease removal recommendations below for your convenience.
Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 - 2 weeks on it's own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease.

Does this rug hae a latex backing and washable?
It does not have a rubber or non skid backing.
We do not recommend using a washer to clean the rug, as it could destroy the woven construction of the rug. To ensure the colors will not fade, we recommend using a neutral dish detergent mixed with lukewarm water on a cotton cloth to clean it.

I want to use this rug by my stove fireplace and would like to know if this rug is fire/ember resistant?
