Great price for beautiful rug
I researched many rugs before purchasing this one. I even considered buying a used rug because I wanted good quality and a large size. When I came across eSaleRugs and saw they were out of SC I was sold. Great price for a very nice rug. I searched similar rugs on Pinterest to get an idea of how it would look in my living room and couldn't be happier. The rug arrived very quickly, exactly as ordered and the change to the living room is beautiful! I had a dark oriental style rug in the room before but this updated the room and lightened the whole area. I will definitely check back with eSaleRugs for my next purchase.

Order shipped quickly. Customer service great. Looked for a lighter color rug to go with a dark floor & wood work. Ordered the tan, beige, ivory color. Other reviews were correct. Can look light gray in some lighting but still blends well & is easy on the eye. We so far haven’t had to put a pad under to prevent slipping. Ordered 3 different sizes of the same rug & the pattern gets smaller, the smaller the rug is. The rugs are wrinkled & have folds when they arrive but do relax with opposite rolling & time. Recommend taking the time to tape & measure the area you want to cover. Most people buy a rug to small.

Extremely satisfied! The rug arrived to my west coast home only a few days after ordering. It was nicely protected in thick plastic wrap. I immediately unrolled it and was impressed. It is just as nice as advertised. I'm very pleased with the quality and color and I've had zero shedding. The rich blue color looks beautiful in my living room. The rug has a very nice weight so that it does not move, even with heavy traffic and the pile is just high enough to feel plush without being a trip hazard. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my whole experience with eSaleRugs and would recommend the site to my friends.

Great customer service
I bought this rug in November for a Christmas gift. I called customer service to question the 30 day return policy. and the women I spoke with couldn't have been more helpful. She explained that they could hold my order until just before Christmas thus giving the recipient time to try the rug ? As it turned out, they color wasn't quite right so I did have to return it for a different color. That process was painless, received a returnn receipt immediately. I ordered the new rug and the returned rug was credited within a week or so to my account. Each step along the way was followed up by an email. I will definitely order from eSa,e rugs agoan. Thank you for the excellent service and lovely rug.

As beautiful as I imagined!
After months of knowing what I wanted, but not being able to find it at a local vendor, I heard about esalerugs from a friend. I am usually reluctant to buy online as I like to see and feel things before I buy. However, this site had the exact rug that I had been looking for in the size that I wanted, and a fantastic price. I took the leap and purchased the rug. It is exactly what I wanted and arrived very quickly. There was a small stain in the corner when I opened it, Probalby some dye or ink used in shipping, but it came out very easily. The rug is good quality and looks beautiful in my dining room. It is everything I was hoping it would be. I am glad I made this purchase.

Trellis rug
I love this rug. Everything from ordering to delivery was great. I have never bought anything like this online, but after much research in the stores and online, I found this and thought I would take a chance. I am so glad I did. The price and the quality were beyond what I even expected. When I need another rug, this is the place I will go to.

I bought 5 rugs from esalerug and I was very happy with my purchases! Their sales representative were helpful and made things easy for me. I basically ordered 5 and then called in and held the order because I wasn't sure. Turns out after speaking to them, it was easy to swap out all 5! Very nice team! The rugs arrived in two days! Laid them out! Perfect! Consequently I had called a competitor of theirs "online " and they're sales representatives extension kept hanging up on me before I could leave a message or talk to someone about their rugs!! I thought, this is crazy! What if I have an issue? I won't be able to reach anyone! Plus I found although I liked their rugs 90% of them were out of stock!! Which is why I called them in the first place! To see if I could back order or if they could point me to a substitute! Well, they lost a big sale ! After I found esale rugs I couldn't be happier!!

Is the 6 foot round trellis rug a true 6 foot round? The last 6 foot round I ordered was only 5' 6 " , too small for the table Charisse to remain on the rug. My floors are all marked.So the rug must be a true 6' round. Can you guarantee size?

Does this rug have non stick backing for wood floors?
It does not have a rubber or non skid backing. We do recommend purchasing one of our rug pads to help prevent the rug from sliding on smooth surfaces when placing your order
