GREAT EVERYTHING!
I had a wonderful experience with eSaleRugs. I had placed and received orders for rugs that were of nice quality. The pictures on-line are very close to the colors of the actual rugs but I am one who has to see them in my house with my lighting. Those rugs did not work but I ordered a third and I couldn't be happier with this rug. It looks and feels wonderful. I ordered the more expensive rug mat and it inhances The two representatives I talked to for reordering and cancellation of orders were very nice and very professional. Excited About My Rugs!
I am so excited about my rugs! I am a picky person when it comes to buying anything so I have been looking for rugs for months before I found this site. The quality was great, the shipment was faster then expected and I am ready to buy another for the living room.

Great Rug!
Purchased the 9x12 in black. Perfect rug for family and dog. Soft, plush and does not attract lint, hair etc. We have tried many rugs this is our favorite. Rug looks exactly like photos on the website. This is not a deep true black but I knew that from the photos and other reviewers. It's still "black" or very dark charcoal but as you can see from my photo still creates a nice contrast with my medium shade grey sofas. You will love this rug, we are very happy with it!

LOOKS SO GOOD
I had been looking for an area rug for my family room for over a year but didn't want to spend 900.+ dollars. I found this site and was thrilled at the prices..and I actually had several to choose from in the same price range. This rug is soft, the color is what I saw online,the pattern is modern...I LOVE IT. I used a rug pad on top of my wall to wall carpet then put this area rug down..less movement and I hope will make this rug last longer. I bought a 9x12 for my family room and a 5x8 for my entry. BUY IT...it looks rich and expensive but you didn't break the bank.

I bought this large rug as a Birthday gift to myself. The rug arrived folded in half. I was initially worried it would crease the rug and leave a mark. However, it did NOT. I vacuumed the rug right away and am totally in LOVE with it. I read the reviews before purchasing and am really glad I did. The pattern on this rug is large and I prefer that to the smaller pattern that the reviews said would be on the 8X10 rug. The rug is soft under my feet and is the perfect thickness. I will be making future purchases on your website!

Great rug!
I bought this rug for a large playroom/living room and it's perfect. It's a bold, fun rug to liven up the room, but not overly loud. It is super soft and great for kids to sit on comfortably. It was just what we needed!

The backing of this rug is 100% cotton. For use on hardwood floors, we suggest the super-loc pad option upon checkout because it is a thick pad which will assure there is no abrasion to your new floors.

Does this rug have a good stiff backing? I need one that won’t bunch up when moving dining chairs. I ordered one that is kind of flimsy when I move chairs and bunches up.
The backing is 100% cotton so it is flexible.

How do you clean this rug?

This item is made out of polypropylene, which is a very durable, soft and easy to clean synthetic fiber. Synthetic rugs should be cleaned with a neutral detergent and dried quickly. A good example of this is Dawn® dishwashing liquid mixed with water.It is OK to use “oxy” cleaners on synthetic rugs. Be sure to carefully follow the cleaner's instructions.Do not use laundry detergents to clean synthetic rugs. The laundry detergent will leave a residue and alter color shades.

I plan to use the rug on a carpeted area. Do I still need a rug pad? Is the feel of the rug soft?

If you place this 7' 1 x 10' Trellis Rug on a carpeted area, you will not need a rug pad as it is not likely for the rug to slip. This Trellis rug is made of polypropylene, which is a very soft plush feel as well.
