3' 3 x 9' 10 Kashan Rug (33018001)

We just purchased this rug. My wife liked the way it looked online (and you guys do a great job with you photo layout). She was still reluctant, she is a touchy-feely girl. Okay, we bought it and when it came in a 4' long plastic wrapped roll my wife went, "oh, no, folds." I called and spoke with a gentleman named Joe and explained my wife's concern, he assured me that once on the floor it would settle with in a week. Well, it has been on the floor a couple of hours, and you cannot see the folds. My wife is absolutely ecstatic about this rug. All I hear is about how great it looks, how it is so "rich looking" and sets off the dining room. Good job folks.

Nice rug. I am a big fan of esale and have referred multiple people to the site. Only issue is the main picture differs from the other pictures. I have learned to rely on the other pictures in ordering rugs from esale.

GREAT RUG! Telling everyone about your site

Beautiful rug, but a real challenge. When I got it, the rug was not rolled smoothly..lots of uneven lumps and bumps, causing rug to not lay evenly on the floor. Customer Service recommended laying it in the hot summer sun for a few days, OR re-rolling for several days. I tried both of these techniques, but nothing worked. My daughter suggested I get it wet. So I hosed it down, soaked it, and let it sit outside in the sun for 2 days to dry. That suggestion worked, and finally, finally, the rug is laying flat on my hallway floor. What a shame...will think twice about ordering from this company again.

These people are great to deal with, helpful, and honest. Did not have item I wanted led me here and it turns out to be better than my initial pick. Quality is as excellent as service. Looks great in our guess room. Received many compliments on the rug. Thank you Edward.

I am very pleased. I ordered a 9'10"x 13'1", 7'1" x 10, and a runner and they arrived within 5 days. They were wound neatly alone with their individual pads and wrapped in extra strong plastic specifically designed to withstand shipping and to protect the carpets. I am a petite woman and was so excited when the rugs arrived that I laid them down myself. After I laid down the 7x10 in the dining room and saw how elegant it made the room, I just had to continue working and see what the 9x13 looked like. All three are perfect, no creases, and not too busy. I live in Florida and wanted a "blue" to compliment the sea, my dark wood, and my cobalt blue collection. Thank you Becca for you help, you did awesome!!
