I was originally hesitant to order rugs online, but with the offer of free returns on higher quality rugs for discounted prices, I took the chance!
I recently received my second purchase from esalerugs.com, and again I am NOT disappointed!! I've now purchased 8 rugs of varying sizes, fabrics, and styles. I'm all about quality first, customer service next; then price. My expectations have been exceeded on all accounts. Free FedX shipping and returns...are you kidding me?? Nope.
The colors are true and vibrant. So far I've no complaint about wear or quality. I will order again and again as needs arise. Seriously, this has been my best online buying experience ever. I now have beautiful rugs that I would not have afforded otherwise.

Perfect Rug!
I bought the 10x13 green Tribeca to cover ugly painted wood floors. It's a rental home and not wanting to spend much money, I bought it on clearance. I'm past pleased with the rug. It is perfect in size the color was even more vibrant than I ever thought it would be. The price was in my budget and the shipping was free. Delivery time was less than 2 business days. I am extremely happy with this BUY!

Very pretty rug
The rug corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures. I like it, even if I should have bought a smaller one... And another small defect is the blue color, it's a little too vivid when the sun is shining. I prefer the rug on evening time. Apart from that, the rug has worth the money completely.

Exactly what I expected
This is the perfect graphic rug I was looking for. It arrived quickly, within 4-5 days. When I have more money I'll buy a nicer quality rug, but for the price this was just what I expected and will be just fine (which is a good thing). Pleased with this purchase as its my first time shopping on this site.

Striped round TriBeCa Rug
This rug was exactly what I was looking for to complete my dining room. Everything is still really messy, but it's coming together slowly. The rug looks amazing underneath my 60" round dining table and the price was unbeatable; I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase. Only complaint is that the stripes on one side edge of the rug seem to be a little faded while the stripes on the opposite side are noticeably more bold. That being said, I love the rug and am very pleased with my purchase.

Scanning through photos of some of the color choices, I have noticed the edges of some sizes appear to ripple and do not lie flat. Is this a problem of the folds from shipping or thinness of the rug itself? Do they eventually lie flat?
