Great rug but strong smell
I bought the12x15 ivory version of this rug and it is perfect for my space. The color is very true to ivory and the amount of shag is perfect. You cannot see through the rug. However, my only complaint is that the rug had a very strong chemical smell when I opened it. I had to take it out of the room for a few days because it gave me a migraine. After laying it out for about a week and letting it air out, the smell slowly faded. You can still smell it if you are laying down on the rug but other than that, it is slowly going away. I've had it for a couple weeks now. Also the rug is very easy to clean. My puppy has had a couple of accidents and it is very easy to clean the shag!

Excellent, rugs, delievery and costumer service!
Sometimes purchasing on line can be a little risky, but not on this site! I loved my 6' round dark grey area rug! The color is rich and the materials used are great quality. The price could not be beat. I did return another rug which i loved as well, however, it wasn't quite the color match I was looking for. Love this rug
Love this rug !! eSaleRugs is a Great company I went with them because of free returns I had read a lot of reviews wasn't sure with gray I wanted I needed two so I ordered the Cloud Gray and the Graphite Gray both 10x13. The Cloud Gray is a grayish silver no blue tone at all. The Graphite is an charcoal gray color both exactly what I wanted. The shag is nice quality It did come rolled then folded But the creases came out within a couple days no problem there.
I will order from this company again
BTW I had sent a smaller rug back before they emailed a return label no questions !! Great customer service

Soft and great color
This rug is really soft and the color is perfect. Only issue I have is that the rug when shipped was rolled then folded yes folded in half and now the backing is creased. Will not lay down flat and I truly wonder if it will lay flat. I'd give it a 5 star but the crease is disturbing.

Excellent Buy!
The rug arrived, well packaged and speedily shipped! I was worried that the color might differ from how it appeared on the website, but it is exactly the same; the shag is nice and thick and I'm satisfied that it will prove excellent value--I'M happy! It is about to be laid in a bedroom over tile so it will definitely benefit by the use of an underlay. In the pic. it was laid out for vacuuming and to get rid of the fold wrinkles, which it did, and you can see who's adopted it already!

Nice from afar
This rug has long thread but is VERY sparse and you can see the pad. It also is impossible to vacuum even on hardwood setting. I purchased it a few months back prior to moving to our new home but would not have kept it if I had just received it. It also does not lay flat even with furniture on all sides.

So soft!
Was skeptical about buying a rug online without feeling it first, but this was a great purchase. It's very soft and the color is true to the pics online. It was lumpy at first because it was folded - instead of rolled - for shipping, but after a week or so, it's starting to flatten out.

Great Rug
I recently bought 2 rugs from this site and i'm very pleased with my purchase. I got the "terracotta" burnt orange 6' 9" area rug for my living room and it really brings the rest of the colors together because I can not paint in my apartment. I also got the 2' 9" runner rug in "sandy brown" for my bathroom which matches my shower curtain and towels. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs to add color to a room or needs to cover a floor. I was a little nervous about the condition the rugs would be in when they got shipped to me. Like if they would be folded or how it would lay, but after laying it down it was flat. The price is also fair as well !
